Slipformer S-Liner®
Ducon Concrete Ltd., Ireland, invested in their fourth Slipformer S-Liner® from Echo Precast Engineering. With the new machine all their production lines are equipped with this type of machine. Each line is dedicated to one of the mostly demanded sizes for hollow core slabs. The needs for mould changes is negated with the new process, which leads to shorter production time. Ducon produces hollow core slabs in sizes that vary from 150 mm to 400 mm. The most common sizes being 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm.
We use four Slipformer S-Liner® from Echo Precast Engineering. All machines were running without problems after the installation. We have great confidence in this technolgy.
