Concrete aspirator

The concrete which has not been cured is extracted with the concrete aspirator. It is used primarily to remove the concrete around slots and apertures and to clean cut surfaces and intermediate spaces along the rails and between the production beds.

The concrete aspirator extracts the concrete, which has not been cured. The machine is extremely useful for manufacturing slots, which have previously been drawn by the plotter and for elements with protruding made to measure mesh. It can also be used to clean the areas around the rails. The electric drive has two speeds for each direction of movement. The network cable is rolled on a cable drum.

The suction nozzle has an integral manually activated spray nozzle. The spring suspension makes it easier to handle and allows movement in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

The collecting bin holds 1,090 l and has two pneumatic sealing valves. The bin is also fitted with a lifting lug and with a special device, it can be cleaned with a fork lift truck. The working platform can be adjusted to minimise 'upward' and 'downward' movements of the aspirator. The aspirator can also be used to clean the rails. The concrete pump is equipped with an adjustable lifting lug.

Each machine type can be configured for a track width of 1.2 m to 1.5 m or of 2.4 m.
